Do I need an account?
Free models do not require an account. Paid models require an account and your own OpenRouter API key. You do not need to enable two-factor authentication to use the Playground.
Do I have to pay?
Models marked as free are available at no cost within the available limits. OpenRouter bills for paid models used with your own API key. The platform does not add a separate execution fee.
