DevFlow Studios operates an AI platform that enables the discovery, access and use of various artificial-intelligence models and AI resources. The platform may provide, among others, the following services:

• a catalogue of AI models;
• a Playground for running AI models;
• AI agents;
• skills;
• MCP servers;
• prompts;
• workflows;
• a marketplace;
• related guides and informational content.

The goal of the platform is to make various AI technologies accessible through a single, easy-to-use interface.

DevFlow Studios is not the developer or operator of all AI models available through the platform.

Running and accessing AI models happens in certain cases through third-party services, including OpenRouter and the model and infrastructure providers reachable through it. Accordingly, for a given model its:

• availability;
• performance;
• response quality;
• speed;
• usage limits;
• price;
• features

may change at any time. A model may be temporarily or permanently removed or become unavailable.

DevFlow Studios does not guarantee the continuous or error-free operation of any third-party model.

A registered user account is required to use certain features of the platform. The data provided during registration must be true and up to date.

The user is responsible for the use of their own account and for adequately protecting their credentials.

The user may not transfer their account to another person or make it accessible to others where this conflicts with the platform’s rules or the terms of the given service.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) may be required on the platform to run AI models. The purpose of 2FA is to increase the security of user accounts and of the AI services accessible through the platform.

The user must adequately safeguard the authentication data related to 2FA. If the user loses access to authentication, they must use the recovery process provided by the platform.

In certain cases the platform allows the use of your own API key (BYOK – Bring Your Own Key).

When using BYOK, billing towards the AI provider and the cost of using the API key belong to the user’s own provider account. When using BYOK, the on-platform credit balance is not deducted for that API usage.

The user is responsible for the security and use of their own API key and for the related provider costs.

Certain services of the platform may operate on a credit-based system. Credit can be used only to obtain on-platform services. Credit:

• is not legal tender;
• is not bank money;
• is not an investment;
• is not a security;
• does not transfer ownership;
• and does not in itself constitute a monetary claim against DevFlow Studios.

Converting credit into money or paying it out in cash is not possible, unless required by law.

The value and conditions of using credit follow the current pricing shown on the platform.

The user can buy credit in packages defined on the platform. Before the purchase, the user is shown the price of the given package and the associated amount of credit.

Payment may be processed by an external payment provider, such as Stripe. The provider’s own terms may also apply to the payment.

After a successful payment, the purchased credit may be credited to the user account.

The marketplace may include digital content and AI tools made by third parties. Only the administrator can publish new applications and marketplace content; existing applications remain available. Examples include:

• prompts;
• skills;
• workflows;
• agents;
• MCP servers;
• other digital AI resources.

Content on the marketplace is not necessarily created by DevFlow Studios. Before buying or using, the user must satisfy themselves that the given content meets their needs.

DevFlow Studios reserves the right to remove unlawful, misleading, dangerous or rule-violating content.

The platform may be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. In particular, the following are prohibited:

• creating or distributing unlawful content;
• infringing the rights of others;
• unauthorised access to another user’s account;
• circumventing the platform’s security mechanisms;
• evading usage limits or technical restrictions;
• intentionally disrupting the intended operation of the service;
• automated or bulk use in a way that endangers the operation of the service;
• unauthorised use of another person’s API key, credentials or access;
• distributing malware, harmful code or other malicious technology;
• facilitating fraud, deception or unauthorised access;
• infringing the intellectual property rights of third parties.

This list is not exhaustive.

If the user breaches these Terms of Use, DevFlow Studios is entitled, depending on the nature and severity of the breach, to:

• send a warning;
• restrict certain features;
• temporarily suspend access;
• or terminate the user account.

In the case of serious or immediately risky breaches, access may be restricted even without prior warning, where the applicable laws allow it.

The results generated by AI models may be inaccurate, incomplete or wrong. The platform does not guarantee that the AI answer is:

• factually correct;
• complete;
• up to date;
• professionally appropriate;
• or suitable for the user’s specific purpose.

Checking the AI outputs is the user’s responsibility. Using the platform does not replace the advice of a suitably qualified professional.

The platform, its appearance, structure, technical solutions, self-developed content and other protected elements may be the property of DevFlow Studios or the respective rights holder.

Using the platform does not constitute automatic permission to copy, sell, republish or use platform content without authorisation.

Rights related to models, content and services provided by third parties may be subject to the respective provider’s or rights holder’s own terms.

We strive to operate the platform stably and continuously, but it cannot be guaranteed that the service is available at all times without interruption and free of errors. Outages may occur, among others, due to:

• maintenance;
• technical failure;
• overload;
• a security incident;
• a failure of external infrastructure;
• an AI provider outage;
• or another event outside the control of DevFlow Studios

as a consequence thereof.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevFlow Studios excludes or limits its liability for damages arising from the use or the inability to use the platform or a third-party service.

The limitation of liability does not apply in cases where its exclusion or limitation is not permitted by the applicable laws.

No provision of these terms may be interpreted as excluding or limiting consumer rights from which the applicable laws do not allow valid derogation.

External services may also be involved in the operation of the platform. Their operation may be subject to their own contractual terms and policies.

DevFlow Studios does not warrant that all external providers deliver their service continuously, error-free or on unchanged terms.

DevFlow Studios is entitled to amend these Terms of Use due to changes in the service, the legal environment or the operating conditions.

The amended terms are published on the platform and apply from the date specified in the publication. In the case of material changes, we inform users in an appropriate manner.

These Terms of Use and the use of the platform are governed by the provisions of the applicable laws.

The specific governing law and the provision on the competent court must be finalised before the service goes live, in accordance with the official legal details and the seat of DevFlow Studios.

Mandatory consumer rights and remedies arising from law are not restricted by this provision.
