Browsing catalogues and comparing models are free. There are also free marketplace entries and browser tools. Check the relevant page for the cost of model runs, paid content and subscriptions.

You can browse without signing in. An account is needed for purchases, saved items and paid Playground models. Free Playground models need neither an account nor 2FA. Paid models also require your own API key.

It connects model runs to your own OpenRouter account. The provider bills usage against your balance there. Marketplace credits are separate. Manage API keys on OpenRouter ↗

A model processes input and generates a response. A skill provides a method and supporting material for a task. An agent is a task-performing system built around a model and its available tools. The specific capabilities are explained in each entry’s description.

No. Some entries need a local installation, a compatible client or separate access to a provider. Solutions that run here have their own run page.

The client must support the server’s connection method, features and authentication. Check both products’ documentation for compatibility and setup instructions.

Only the administrator can publish new applications and marketplace content from the admin area. Other accounts do not have publishing permissions. Existing applications remain available.

After signing in, open the purchases section of your account. If a previous purchase is missing, check that you used the same email address as you did when buying it.

Read the error message. A free model may be temporarily overloaded or its available allowance may be exhausted. For paid models, check your sign-in, API key and OpenRouter balance. You do not need to enable two-factor authentication to use the Playground.
